About Paul

Paul Hosack has spent 20 years helping injured people, focusing his advocacy on insurance, personal injury, and disability law while handling cases across the spectrum of civil litigation. He has conducted hundreds of hearings and trials and appeared before numerous tribunals and courts, up to the Federal Court of Appeal. His clients over the years have included the Government of Canada, a foreign government, a municipality, corporations, insurers, and many injured individuals, and he served for years as a standing agent of the Attorney General of Canada. He belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, where he has also lectured, and previously to the American Trial Lawyers Association. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. (Hons.) from Carleton University.
