About Brenda
Brenda M. Birklein was born and raised in Calgary and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1992. She practises exclusively in family law and is fully trained as both a mediator and a collaborative lawyer. She currently volunteers with the Court of Queen's Bench as a Dispute Resolution Officer, and approaches family law with the belief that every client should be heard to find the right solution for their needs. She previously practised at Schultz Birklein Bruce from 1993 to 2013 and articled at Cruickshank Karvellas Connaughton from 1991 to 1992. She has been a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association since 1992.
