About Elliott

Elliott Peterson is an associate at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office whose practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, resource development, First Nations and Aboriginal law, securities law, corporate reorganizations, corporate financing, and estate planning, including residential and commercial real estate transactions. He serves as Secretary of the Business Law Section for the Canadian Bar Association's Saskatchewan branch and is a citizen of the Métis Nation - Saskatchewan. Outside work he enjoys time with family, golfing, and outdoor activities. Elliott earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2021.
