About Elliot

Elliot Holzman represents clients charged with a broad range of criminal offences at trial and appellate levels, appearing at all levels of court including repeatedly at the BC Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He received his law degree from the University of Calgary, where he was student director at the pro bono clinic Student Legal Assistance, and then clerked for justices of the BC Supreme Court and for Justice Russell Brown at the Supreme Court of Canada. He also acts as ward lawyer for Vancouver and Burnaby, representing youths in government care facing criminal investigations or charges.
