Beck's existing practice, then called Beck & Company, in 1974, became a partner the following year, and the firm took its current name. It has kept the same office on the Broadway corridor at Broadway and Heather Street, one block north of Vancouver General Hospital, ever since.
For its first few decades the firm built a personal injury and ICBC claims practice, becoming a fixture of what it calls the city's medical and business corridor near the hospital.
