About Alina
Alina is a corporate lawyer with a dual background in law and tax who has led Granville Law Group's practice since joining in 2014. Her areas of practice include corporate, commercial, and business law, tax and tax planning, and trusts and estates. She advises clients on business restructuring, incorporation, and complex tax matters, including reorganizing corporate structures for personal tax and estate planning purposes. Alina holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Law, completed graduate studies in UBC's Chemistry Department, holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Mendeleev Academy of Chemical Technology of Russia, and completed the In Depth Tax Course through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. She is a member of the Bar of British Columbia and the Canadian Tax Foundation, and provides services in English and Russian.
