About Tiffany

Tiffany Walsh practices Canadian and U.S. securities and business law, advising entrepreneurs and small businesses on equity financing, business sales, public company reporting, and going public. She has significant experience in the cannabis industry, representing federally licensed medicinal cannabis producers, dispensaries, and cannabis technology companies, and has helped several of BC's craft cannabis producers prepare for legalization. She is an active member of Women Grow and speaks regularly on cannabis business law. Walsh earned her law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude, and was called to the bar in Washington State in 2012 and in British Columbia in 2014. She previously earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Relations from Saint Mary's University. Walsh is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
