About David
David Rally was born and raised in Vancouver and studied in the Economics Department (Honours program) at UBC before entering the Faculty of Law, receiving his law degree in 1988. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1989 and the Bar of Upper Canada (Ontario) in 2003, and has practised exclusively at Beck, Robinson & Company since 1989. He has appeared before all levels of BC courts and deals extensively in real estate transactions, including mortgages, private financing and conveyances, as well as debt collection, foreclosures, realizations and commercial disputes and litigation.
