About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Bratton is a bilingual associate at Nelligan Law working across the firm's Employment, Labour, and Real Estate and Development teams. She has practised in litigation since being called to the bar, including several years at a national law firm, and her background in science helps her navigate the engineering and technical issues that often come up in real estate litigation. She has appeared before a range of administrative tribunals and represented clients at trial in Superior Court. She completed the French Common Law program at the University of Ottawa and is fluently bilingual in English and French. She belongs to the County of Carleton Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and l'Association des juristes d'expression francaise de l'Ontario.
