About Egor

Egor Dubinin is an associate in the Business Law Group at Mills & Mills LLP, bringing an international background to his practice. He earned his first law degree in civil law from Moscow State University and later an LLM in International and European Law from the University of Geneva. Egor began his career as in-house counsel in Russia, advising on corporate matters, sponsorship agreements and cross-border franchising deals. After moving to Canada, he completed a Professional LLM in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall, articled at Mills & Mills in 2024 and joined the Business Law Group as an associate in 2025. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, share and asset purchase transactions and franchising, along with governance matters for charities and not-for-profits, and he assists on trademark registration and maintenance.
