About Jonathan

Jonathan practises business law at O'Dea Earle, handling the purchase and sale of assets and shares, commercial financing, incorporations, and reorganizations, alongside personal injury, commercial and residential real estate, and wills and estates work. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2014. Jonathan is a member of the Business Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, leads community fundraising with Guardian Angels, and serves on the board of Fresh Start Housing.
