Don is a lifelong Dartmouth resident who articled with another Dartmouth firm before joining Landry McGillivray upon his call to the bar in 1988; he has been a partner since 1995. His specialty is personal injury and insurance litigation, with additional experience in commercial and general litigation, residential real estate, and wills and estates. Don earned his B.A. and B.B.A. from Mount Saint Vincent University in 1982 and 1984, and his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1987. He volunteers as a coach for minor hockey, soccer, and lacrosse.
