About Timothy

Tim is a Dartmouth native who completed his articles with Landry McGillivray and joined as an associate in 1994 upon his admission to the bar, becoming a partner in 2002. His preferred areas of practice are personal injury, insurance and civil litigation, real estate, and corporate, commercial, and administrative law, including appearances before CPP review tribunals, the Pension Appeals Board, and the Workers' Compensation Board. Tim earned his B.Sc. (Hon.) in Psychology, M.B.A., and LL.B., all from Dalhousie University, finishing his law degree in 1993. He is bilingual in French and English, having studied at Université Laval and completed immersion programs in Quebec, and previously played four years of varsity soccer at Dalhousie.
