About Donald
Donald Burke has represented businesses across a range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, construction, and professional services, for over 25 years. His practice covers major financing, securitization, acquisitions and sales, mortgage financing, franchising, commercial contracts, and commercial real estate and leasing. He frequently lectures on estate and succession planning and has served as an instructor for the Law Society of Upper Canada's Bar Admission Course. Recent work includes restructuring family-owned enterprises to plan succession to second-generation owners and advising a technology company on the $30 million sale of its air traffic division to an international conglomerate. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.Comm. (Honours) from Carleton University.
