About Dionne

Dionne Levesque is a partner practising condominium law, real estate and construction matters. She represents clients in property acquisitions, sales and refinances, and advises condominium corporations on insurance claims, bylaw creation and interpretation, and enforcement disputes, appearing at all levels of court in Alberta. Raised in Calgary, she articled at a Calgary firm focused on construction, condominium and real estate law before joining Scott Venturo Rudakoff LLP in 2016. Dionne was called to the Alberta bar in 2008. She holds a JD from the University of Victoria, a BSc (Honours) in psychology from the University of Calgary, a certificate in international business law from Queen's University, and completed a program in international property law at Oxford University.
