About Omar
Omar Abougoush began his career as a Power Engineer in Alberta's oil fields before training in law at Bond University. After graduating, he worked at a large law firm where he gained experience across civil litigation, including tenancy disputes, builder's liens and contract breaches, alongside employment law. He found a focus in workplace disputes after a successful outcome in his first wrongful dismissal case, and went on to build a practice covering employment law, federal labour law, and human rights law. Abougoush now runs Abougoush Law, representing employees in wrongful and constructive dismissal, severance package reviews and workplace harassment matters.
