Mark Alexander Smith is one of the founding partners of Smith Thompson Law LLP. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2005 and carries on a general litigation practice focused on personal injury, employment law, medical and dental malpractice, construction, and insurance litigation. Mark is active in the legal community as a member of the Edmonton Bar Association and has served on the board of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association since 2015, representing the Judicial District of Edmonton.
