About Diana

Diana Davison works as a legal researcher, tracking recent court decisions that affect the law on sexual assault and domestic assault, including how evidence is ruled admissible at trial. Diana draws on background in feminist theory and jurisprudence to help shape defence strategies in cases involving domestic violence and sexual assault allegations. Diana has worked on matters heard at the provincial trial level, as well as before the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, and Canada's highest court. Diana joined a firm committed to defending the rights of those accused of criminal offences, and is glad to be part of that work.
