About Atif

Aziz is the managing director of DT Law and practises corporate, franchise, and commercial litigation law, along with immigration appeals. Aziz holds an LLM in Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and a National Committee on Accreditation certificate of qualification equivalent to an LLB. Earlier degrees include a BBA from the College of Charleston and an MBA from Winthrop University, both in South Carolina. Aziz has completed further coursework in financial analysis and valuation at Harvard Law School and in generative AI for the legal profession at Berkeley Law. Aziz's practice has included matters connected to China, the European Union, Malaysia, Taiwan, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. Aziz is a member of the International Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association and teaches business law at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Aziz has written on artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency law topics and speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
