About Desiree

Desiree Acosta is an associate at RWE Family Law who has practised exclusively in family law, including child protection, since commencing her articles in 2013. She is an accredited family law mediator with the Law Society of British Columbia and spent five years working for the Provincial Court as duty counsel alongside her private practice. Desiree has handled high-conflict custody disputes, complex support issues, asset division including corporate and international assets, and family violence matters, and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa.
