About Josephine

Josephine Chen joined Lundrie Brayer LLP in 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, where she received the Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP A.J. McClean Prize in Trusts, the Louis F. Lindholm Q.C. Prize in Maritime Law, and the Thorsteinssons Prize in Taxation, and was a member of the Golden Key Honour Society for ranking in the top 15% of her faculty. She was called to the bar in 2008 and worked at a downtown Vancouver law firm before joining Lundrie Brayer LLP. Her practice covers corporate law, real estate law, wills and estates, family law, foreclosure litigation, and immigration applications and appeals.
