About Delayne
Delayne Sartison, K.C., is a founding partner of Roper Greyell, advising employers on management-side labour, employment, and human rights issues. She is particularly known for her experience in health-sector labour relations and advising on the application of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms to collective agreements and bargaining, as well as accommodating employees with disabilities and workplace harassment. She sits on the Vice Presidency of the Board of the BC Centre for Ability and the Board of Governors of the Business Council of British Columbia. She holds a B.Admin from the University of Regina and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, was called to the bar in Ontario in 1989 (not active) and British Columbia in 1992, and was named Queen's Counsel (now King's Counsel) in 2011.
