About Gail

Gail A. Mahadeo practices commercial litigation, focusing on representing liability insurers such as real estate agents, brokers, home inspectors, and insurance brokers. She has appeared before every level of court in Ontario as well as several administrative tribunals. Gail writes on insurance-related topics and speaks at educational seminars covering substantive insurance issues and litigation strategy. Before entering private practice, she held counsel positions with two international insurance companies and with the Government of Ontario. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2004, having earned her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2003 and an H.B.A. from York University in 2000.
