About Brandon
Brandon Cook is an Associate in the firm's Insurance and Construction + Engineering groups. His work centers on complex insurance litigation, including defending home inspectors, engineers, and other construction professionals in professional liability claims, along with first-party property damage claims, fraud matters, personal injury, and insurance coverage disputes. He tries to keep his clients' interests at the center of his advocacy and negotiations, working toward efficient and cost-effective resolutions to complicated legal problems. Brandon regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court and has also handled appeals before the Ontario Court of Appeal. Outside of work he enjoys concerts and music festivals, reading, craft beer, traveling, and spending time at his family's cottage.
