About David

David Rosati is a partner on the corporate and commercial team at Scarfone Hawkins, bringing a business background to every file. His work ranges from commercial real estate acquisitions and financing to mergers and acquisitions, startups, insolvency and corporate restructuring, development projects, employment law, and wills, estates and trusts. He has acted as associate counsel on the acquisition of a national automotive sales and leasing company and on the merger of several southern Ontario auto dealerships, and he handled the corporate reorganization of an international manufacturing business. David also assisted with the sale of Edson Packaging Machinery to U.S.-based Pro Mach Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University in 2007 and his LL.B. there in 2010, and was called to the bar in 2011. He serves on the boards of the Burlington Humane Society and the Canadian Masters Weightlifting Federation.
