About Paul

Paul Pop is a partner in the Business Law Group. He earned a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University and his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario, and practised engineering in telecommunications before law. His experience covers business incorporation, reorganization, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, purchase and sale of businesses, leasing, and estate matters including wills and trusts.
