About David

David R. Schlesinger is the Managing Partner, called to the Ontario bar in 1997. His tax practice covers cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations, and he regularly advises on estate and family business succession planning, including wills, trusts, and structuring the tax-efficient division of business assets among family members. David also represents clients in dealings with federal and provincial taxation authorities, working to reduce tax and commercial risk while helping clients pursue their financial and family goals. His client base ranges from high net worth individuals to closely held businesses, estates, and registered charities.
