About Kenneth

Ken Lutes carries on a general practice with a particular interest in civil litigation, including personal injury, estate litigation, general commercial litigation, insurance defence, and employment litigation. Ken earned a B.A.Sc. from the University of Lethbridge in 1986, an M.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1987, and an LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 1990, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1991. Ken serves on the Medicine Hat Public Library Board and the Palliser Health Authority, and has been active on the Canadian Bar Association's Provincial Council.
