About Reshida

Reshida Darrell is a senior associate at Monkhouse Law, working within the firm's employment law group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law after completing an Honours Bachelor in Justice Studies at the University of Guelph. While in law school, she volunteered as a caseworker with the Employment Insurance Litigation Clinic, helped found the university's Employment Law Fellowship as a steering committee member, and ranked in the top tier of her trial advocacy course. Before coming to Monkhouse Law, she articled with a multinational insurance and financial services company, gaining civil litigation experience and later serving as the company's legal analyst on its privacy modernization program, where she led statutory interpretation work.
