About David

David Elmaleh, of counsel at Lash Condo Law, appears before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. Mindful of how costly litigation can be, he looks for creative and efficient ways to resolve disputes, and his comfort in courtrooms across the province makes him a persuasive advocate when settlement isn't possible. He was made partner at his prior downtown Toronto litigation firm after only 3.5 years. David went on to co-found his own firm and now works in association with Lash Condo Law, helping clients manage complex litigation matters.
