About Denise

Denise Lash founded Lash Condo Law, an Ontario firm devoted solely to condominium law, and brings more than three decades of experience advising condominium boards, managers, and developers. She has been qualified as an expert in condominium law before Ontario courts and has held leadership roles with groups such as the Canadian Condominium Institute, where she has served as National Director and as Toronto Vice-President, along with chairing ACMO's Condominium Management Standards council. She is a frequent writer, lecturer, and media commentator on condominium governance, having been interviewed by outlets such as the Toronto Star, the Globe and Mail, and CBC. She founded MondoCondo TV and the Toronto Condo Show to educate condo consumers, and she is herself a condo owner and director.
