David is an Associate on BOYNECLARKE LLP's Business Law team, helping business owners and professionals with incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, financing and corporate reorganizations. He maintains a corporate practice with a particular focus on setting up medical professional corporations and estate plans for physicians. David earned his JD, with a Marine Law certificate, from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2021, and is completing CPA Canada's In-Depth Tax Program.
