About Danielle
Danielle Scorda is associate counsel at Roper Greyell, practising in labour and employment law with a particular focus on workplace investigations, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, and sexual harassment. She advises and represents union and non-union clients in grievance arbitrations, court proceedings, and before administrative tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal and Workers Compensation Board. A graduate of UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law, she articled with Roper Greyell in 2012 and joined as an associate lawyer in 2013. She holds a BA and a JD, both from UBC, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2013.
