About Ben
Ben Tarnow has practised civil litigation since his call to the bar in 2011, focusing on acting for employees and employers in all aspects of workplace law, including wrongful and unjust dismissals, severance pay disputes, human rights complaints, and employment standards complaints. He drafts agreements for executive employment matters, such as employment contracts and stock option agreements, and assists employers with unionized workforces on grievance handling and collective agreement issues. Ben has extensive experience acting as counsel in tribunal and administrative hearings, Supreme Court trials, and cases in the BC Court of Appeal and Federal Court. He practises through the Ben E. Tarnow Personal Law Corporation.
