About Danielle

Danielle Oiknine has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1976 and is a graduate of Université de Montréal. Over more than 35 years she has built a well-known Montreal practice, representing individuals and corporations in a wide range of civil, commercial and family disputes. An experienced litigator, she has represented clients before all levels of court and arbitration boards, as well as the Court of Appeal, and she practices in civil, commercial and family law along with contract drafting and interpretation. She's recognized in the legal community as a skilled negotiator.
