About Ben

Muller focuses on insolvency and restructuring matters as an associate based in Osler's Toronto office. His work touches corporate and commercial law, particularly corporate restructurings, financial services and private equity, with an emphasis on proceedings under federal insolvency and corporate statutes. He has represented and advised debtors, court officers, creditors and lenders, and before joining private practice he clerked at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. Muller received his law degree from UBC in 2019, where he won prizes in constitutional law and advocacy, and he graduated with distinction from Ivey Business School before attending law school.
