About Danielle

Danielle Harding is a partner in Stewart McKelvey's Fredericton office, practising in the firm's administrative law and civil litigation groups, and provides legal services through a professional corporation. Harding's litigation work focuses primarily on insurance matters. As part of the administrative law group, Harding helps clients navigate amendments to private acts, the creation or amendment of by-laws and policies, registration issues, and disciplinary matters. Harding earned a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2013 and a B.A. in criminology and psychology from St. Thomas University in 2010, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2014.
