Danielle Bailey-Heelan maintains a broad litigation-focused practice in Stewart McKelvey's Halifax office, with experience in construction, insurance, professional regulation and misconduct, and alternative dispute resolution. She has worked on complex commercial disputes involving allegations of fraud and professional negligence, including legal research, drafting briefs and affidavits, and supporting clients through mediation.
