About Peter
Peter is a Partner on BOYNECLARKE LLP's Business Law team, practising primarily in commercial real estate and development, commercial leasing, environmental law and financing. He represents developers in real estate matters and both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing. Before joining the firm, Peter spent thirteen years as senior in-house counsel with a major national grocery retailer, overseeing commercial real estate, land acquisitions and environmental compliance. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University in 2000 and was named Lawyer of the Year for Commercial Leasing Law by Best Lawyers in 2025.
