About Daniel

Daniel Musso is a partner and member of the firm's Real Estate Law Group, called to the Bar in 1999. His practice covers residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, along with institutional and private lending transactions involving term loans and construction financing. He has also built a development law practice that includes negotiating agreements of purchase and sale with municipalities, school boards and conservation authorities, land assemblies, and subdivision and development agreements, plus appearances before government committees and boards. Daniel holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School (1997) and a B.B.A. from York University (1993), and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
