About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Iellimo was called to the bar in Ontario in 2022 and is a member of Bianchi Presta's Construction, Commercial and Civil Litigation Group. She first joined the firm as a summer student in 2020, returned as an articling student, and has since become an associate focused on junior litigation work. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law with a minor in Dispute Resolution and Professionalism, where she served as a teaching assistant and won the National Academy of Arbitrators Writing Prize. She earlier completed an Honours B.A. in Law and Society at York University, where she served as president of the Law and Society Student's Association. Her practice covers alternative dispute resolution, construction lien and contract claims, employment litigation, landlord and tenant matters, and real estate litigation.
