About John

John Sestito was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 1998 and joined Bianchi Presta LLP shortly after. With more than 25 years handling civil and commercial litigation, he concentrates on construction law, including lien, trust, bond and delay claims, along with contract disputes and debt collection. His clients range from small independent contractors to major developers, trades, manufacturers and municipal service providers. He has appeared before numerous courts and tribunals in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Superior Court of Justice, along with the Federal Court, Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, and various tribunals and commissions. He holds an LLB from the University of Alberta (1996) and a BA from York University (1993).
