About Daniel

Daniel Mercure has been a key member of Paquette Avocats' business law and commercial law department since 2020, where he provides tailored business and commercial law solutions. Since his call to the Barreau du Québec in 2014, he has built extensive experience in business and commercial law, including providing legal services to lawyers and notaries at a leading law firm, and previously served as in-house counsel at a major contract research company, negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts with large pharmaceutical companies. His work includes mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, and consumer-protection and privacy-law compliance. He studied at the Université d'Ottawa and is a member of the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre de commerce de l'Ouest-de-l'Île de Montréal.
