About Ilan

Ilan Gabizon has been a member of the business law and commercial law team at Paquette Avocats since 2017, where he focuses on transactional law. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and complex contract drafting. He also has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and regularly appears before Quebec courts. Before joining the firm, he practised independently for eight years. He holds a BCL and LL.B. from McGill University (2005) and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University (2002), and is a member of the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre de commerce de l'Ouest-de-l'Île de Montréal.
