About Daniel

Daniel Boivin is a partner in the Advocacy Group at Gowling WLG in Ottawa focusing on health law and medical defence, including counsel to the Canadian Medical Protective Association and physicians. He also advises on commercial litigation and constitutional linguistic issues and is a part-time professor teaching evidence law and trial advocacy at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. He practises in both official languages and has been active in promoting access to justice for the Francophone community.
