About Daniel
Daniel Babcock practises commercial litigation at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP, working within the firm's Construction and Infrastructure and Insurance groups on disputes that include contractual and tort claims involving bodily injury, contract interpretation, and questions of insurance coverage. His matters have taken him before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, as well as through settlement negotiations and other pre-trial processes. He holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia (2013) and a J.D. from the University of Victoria (2019), and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Bar Association and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia.
