About Mackenzie
Mackenzie Birchard is an associate practicing corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. During law school, he worked as a research assistant to Professor Mohamed Khimji and as a teaching assistant. He also chaired a university senate committee, volunteered with the Queen's Corporate Law Club, and served as a student caseworker with the Queen's Business Law Clinic.
