About Audrey
Audrey Warner is counsel in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP, representing owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors in construction litigation. She also acts for architects and engineers on professional negligence matters and handles construction lien claims, negligence claims, delay claims and contract review. Audrey regularly reviews construction contracts, advises on contract administration, and negotiates and drafts requests for tenders and proposals, with experience in pleadings, mediations, examinations for discovery, motions and trials. She has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and has written and presented on construction law topics. She earned her law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1993 after completing arts and commerce degrees at Carleton University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1995.
