About Danica

Danica has been an associate lawyer at Neuman Thompson since being called to the Alberta Bar in 2020, focusing on hands-on, practical advice including delivering training, leading collective bargaining, and preparing clients for labour arbitrations. She has particular expertise in Workers' Compensation Board claims and appeals, and her clients are concentrated in the public sector and the natural resource and transportation industries. Danica works primarily with clients in Alberta and Saskatchewan and has a background in political and strategic communications. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa (2015) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary (2019), and speaks English and French. Danica serves on the Canadian Bar Association's Constitutional and Human Rights Section executive, on Golf Canada's People and Culture Committee, and as vice-chair of the board of the Brain Care Centre.
