Bartlet & Richardes LLP is a full service law firm in Windsor, Ontario, practicing in nearly every area of law except criminal law. Its lawyers split about evenly between corporate and commercial work and civil litigation, and the firm also handles real estate, family, labour and employment, construction, and estate law. It traces back to December 1, 1887, when Noble A. Bartlet and Alex R. Bartlet established a law practice in Windsor, and after several name changes over the decades, always anchored by the Bartlet name, it became Bartlet & Richardes LLP on January 1, 2001.

The Bartlet family put down roots in Windsor in 1854, the same year the community incorporated as a village, and left a mark well beyond the law firm. One family member was the first president of the Essex Golf & Country Club, another was a partner in the Bartlet, Macdonald & Gow department store, a Windsor shopping fixture for 112 years, and a relative built the Bartlet Building downtown. No Bartlet family members practice at the firm today, but the name hasn't changed in more than 40 years. Four of the firm's lawyers went on to become judges of the Superior Court, two of them later also on the Ontario Court of Appeal, and past clients have included the incorporation of Ford of Canada.
